What are the shipping times & postage options?
**** In the best interest of our customers, we have decided due to COVID19, that all packages need to be registered, insured & tracked, this means all postage will be $10 for the time being. Thankyou xo
Once our Dispatch Team have handed your parcel over to Australia Post, travel times within Australia will depend on where you're located and which postage you opted for during check out.
When your parcel is ready to be collected by the postie, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Then, once it's on the road, you'll be able to track the progress as it makes its way to you (as long as you opted for Tracked Postage, when you made your selection at the checkout).
The following shipping guidelines are based on non-peak seasons as advertised by Australia Post.

Although this can seem like an attractive option due to lower cost, please just be mindful that you are opting for an unknown delivery time, and your parcel may take slightly longer to reach you. As there is no tracking number available for this service, once your untracked parcel has left our studio and is in the care of Australia Post, there is no way for us to follow up its whereabouts. Its important to know that we cannot take responsibility for locating your parcel once it has left our care, nor replace or locate the item, if for any reason it is not delivered to you via the care of Australia Post.
You have the option to select registered postage, giving you an added level of security, all parcels sent via registered post are insured & tracked. Lilee & Willow will email you a sent notification with a tracking number for you to follow your parcel through the system. This is our preferred & recommended option.
